Lavendamycin Methyl Ester and Nitromarine used in anticancer therapy. Also used in the synthesis of potent inhibitors for PDE5.

生产方法及用途

生产方法

(1)由乙炔与丁醇反应而得。此法所需设备少,选择性高。

(2)由乙醛与正丁醇反应而得。这种由缩醛裂解的方法也是乙烯基醚通用的工艺。

另一种较新的方法是由醇、乙烯和氧在氯化钯-氯化铜催化剂存在下反应,也可以获得乙烯基醚。
